For Shopify brands
See where buyers get stuck setting up your product.
Setwell turns your product manual into a short, voice-guided setup page your buyers get with the shipping email. You see the step where they get stuck, and fix it before it becomes a return.
Sample data from a fictional brand, Orvella.
Demo
One product, from manual to numbers.
Orvella is a fictional espresso machine brand we made for this demo. Same steps, three ways.
Before
The manual they had. Twelve setup steps buried in small print, with the safety warning off to the side.
For buyers
The guide they get. One step per screen, read aloud, with a "Did it work?" check at the end. Open the sample guide
For the brand
What you see. Where buyers stop, what they report, and which fix worked. Sample data. Open the sample dashboard
Your numbers
Your setup problems, in numbers.
Today a confused buyer just becomes a return. With Setwell you see it happen, step by step.
Where buyers stop. The step with the biggest drop, and the tip that would fix it.
"Not quite" answers. How many buyers said it didn't work, and which fix solved it.
Returns after setup. Who started a return anyway, matched by order number only.
Help requests. Who emailed your support from the guide, and from which step.
During the pilot, you get this as a monthly report. With the Shopify app, it's a live dashboard. See a sample dashboard →
How it works
From manual to guided setup, with you in control.
Drop in your product manual. A PDF, your product page, photos or the videos you already have.
We turn it into a guide. You review every step and every safety warning before anything goes live.
Buyers get it after delivery. A link in your Shopify emails or a QR card in the box. Results are matched to your Shopify orders by order number only.
Where buyers find it
Your guide rides on the order.
Each link carries the order number, so every answer comes back to that order. No names, no emails.
Packing slip in the box A QR printed on the slip for each order. It arrives with the product, so it works for gifts too. Shipping email The box just shipped. A button sends buyers straight to setup. Order status page A banner on the tracking page buyers already check. Order confirmation The same link in the receipt. On its own it's easy to forget, so it rides along with the others.

What's inside
Built like a game tutorial, not a PDF.
Voice Each step is read aloud, so hands stay on the product.
Callouts that follow the voice Arrows and circles appear on your own images the moment the voice mentions them.
"Did it work?" If the answer is "not quite", the page walks through the most common fixes first.
Your approval Nothing goes live until you sign off.
Status
